This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service. The Interpretation and Definitions match the VR Application policy above (Company refers to Engine Room VR; Country refers to Oklahoma, United States).
Camera, Body Tracking & Face Data
Golden Gloves Mobile uses your device's camera to enable real-time body tracking so that your physical movements control gameplay. This is a core function of the game. Camera use is subject to the following:
Face data: Golden Gloves Mobile does not collect, use, store, or share any face data. Our body-tracking technology detects body pose and movement only; it does not perform facial recognition, face mapping, face scanning, or any analysis of facial features, and no face data of any kind is generated, collected, retained, or disclosed.
Camera data: Camera frames are processed on-device and in real time solely to derive body-pose information for gameplay. Frames are discarded immediately after processing. No camera imagery is ever recorded, stored on the device, transmitted off the device, shared with third parties, or sold.
Body-tracking data: Body-pose information exists only momentarily in memory during gameplay and is used exclusively to operate game functions. It is not collected, stored, retained after your session, or shared with anyone, including third parties.
Retention and deletion: Because no camera, face, or body-tracking data is collected or stored, there is no such data to retain, and none to delete. Nothing derived from the camera ever leaves your device.
Types of Data Collected — Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically and may include IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, the time, date and duration of Your visit, and unique device identifiers, including mobile device type, ID, operating system and browser, and other diagnostic data.
Information from Third-Party Social Media Services
The Company allows You to create an account and log in through Google, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, under the same terms described above.
Information Collected while Using the Application
With Your permission, We may collect location information to provide and customize features. You can enable or disable access at any time through Your Device settings.
Security & Children's Privacy
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; We use commercially acceptable means but cannot guarantee absolute security. Our Service does not address anyone under 13, and We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13.
